Two decades ago, 21CW and Total Gaming Network helped pioneer something new in online gaming: massive, organized Battlefield wars where hundreds of players weren’t just pubbing matches — they were living the campaign.
Alongside our brothers and sisters in BFE:WAW, we built communities that didn’t just fill servers, we filled weekends. We fielded Divisions, Companies, and Squads, coordinated with real chains of command, and watched the map shift week by week as if we were part of history.
At its height, 21CW was the largest Battlefield 2 tournament in the world, with over 600 players fighting in twelve-hour operations. The battles were legendary. The friendships, rivalries, and late-night comms? Unforgettable.
But the community never died. Veterans carried the torch — names like Crrrazzzy, Syndrogo, and so many others stayed connected. TGN kept the archives alive, even when campaigns went dark. Every setback was a pause — not an ending.
This isn’t just nostalgia — it’s the next evolution of player-driven warfare.
The battlefield is waiting. The map will not conquer itself. Which Division will you fight for?
Everything you need to get started.
